Shop Policy

Thank you for choosing Gurasu House. Our glass botanicals are handcrafted with precision and care in our Singapore studio. By making a purchase, you agree to the following terms regarding our physical products.

1. The Nature of Handcrafted Glass

  • Artisanal Variations: Every piece is individually sculpted at the torch. You acknowledge that slight variations in colour, size, shape, and the presence of tiny internal bubbles are not defects, but the "fingerprint" of the artisanal lampworking process.

  • Colour Representation: While we strive for accuracy in our photography, actual glass colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings and the lighting environment of your space.

2. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  • All Sales Are Final: Due to the delicate, bespoke nature of glass art, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind.

  • Order Cancellations: Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of placing your order, provided the item has not yet been shipped or entered production (for custom orders).

4. Self-Collection (Studio Pickup)

  • Packaging: We use shock-absorbent materials to ensure your glass is stored safely.

  • Handover Inspection: Customers must inspect the item at the point of handover.

  • Post-Collection Liability: Once an item has left our studio premises following a successful inspection, Gurasu House is no longer liable for any subsequent breakage or damage.

  • Pickup Hours: Pickup can only be done during our operation hours
Tuesdays - Wednesdays: 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM
Fridays - Sundays: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
    Lunch Hours: 12:00 PM - 2:00 PM

6. Product Care & Safety

  • Fragility: Glass is inherently delicate. Our products are intended for decorative use only and should be handled with extreme care.

  • Not a Toy: Our glass is not suitable for children. They may contain sharp points or small parts that pose a choking or injury hazard.

  • Heat Sensitivity: Avoid exposing your glass to extreme temperature changes or placing it in high-traffic areas where it may be easily knocked over.

7. Custom & Bespoke Commissions

  • Design Finality: For custom bouquets and "Atelier Reserve" pieces, the color palette and design direction agreed upon at the start of production are final and cannot be amended once the glass has been melted.
