Full payment is required to secure a place in the course.
A booking is only confirmed upon receipt of full payment.
Gurasu House reserves the right to release unpaid slots without prior notice.
2. Refunds & Cancellations
All payments are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
This includes, but is not limited to, change of mind, personal schedule conflicts, or inability to attend.
If the minimum class size is not met, or the course is unable to proceed due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will receive a full refund, excluding the credit card fee, where applicable.
3. Attendance & Missed Sessions
The course is structured as a continuous 4-day programme.
Missed sessions are strictly non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled or made up.
Participants acknowledge that partial attendance may affect learning outcomes.
4. Punctuality
Participants are required to arrive 10 minutes before each session.
Sessions will commence on time.
No additional teaching time or make-up instruction will be provided for late arrivals.
5. Safety & Liability
This workshop involves open flame and high-temperature equipment.
Participants agree to follow all safety instructions provided by instructors and studio staff.
Participation is at the individual’s own risk.
Gurasu House shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property arising from participation, except where caused by gross negligence on the part of Gurasu House.
6. Photography & Media Use
Participants may take photos and videos of themselves.
Participants are strictly prohibited from recording or distributing full instructional content, including demonstrations and structured teaching material, on any public platform.
Gurasu House reserves the right to photograph and record sessions for marketing, documentation, and promotional use.
7. Collection of Works
Finished works must be collected within 14 days after course completion.
Gurasu House will notify participants when works are ready for collection.
Uncollected works beyond this period may be disposed of or repurposed at the studio’s discretion.
8. Open Studio Add-On
Open Studio validity depends on the package purchased.
Participants may choose the start date of validity, which must begin within 2 months of course completion.
All Open Studio sessions are subject to studio availability and prior booking.
Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and safe manner at all times.
Gurasu House reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any participant from the course without refund if behaviour is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or in violation of studio rules.
